Why should I report an Issue with Zigma?

1. Only problems I have: - does not seem to properly support European summer time - editing rooms in the map manager has some issues and doesn't feel intuitiveA kind of apps which request so many permissions and are so much unfriendly... We managed to install it on 1 out of 3 devices for the reasons unknown - no troubleshooting, no anyhow detailed instructions, no support (to get it one has to register and tell everything about you - I wonder why I should tell them the name of my grandfather if I have paid lots of money for this stuff already and cannot make it running - they should call me and ask if everything is fine).I can't buy replacement filters because I don't have an account, but the app lets me control my filter from anywhere and I have previous emails from zigma.

2. So why waste development time for games? What comes next? A Bitcoin wallet integration? Messaging functionality for chatting with other Zigma users? Please just focus on quality and core functionality for the robot vacuum cleaner.Can't connect to 5G.

1. Fix Zigma Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Zigma: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Zigma App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zigma" » Open Zigma » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zigma » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Zigma app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zigma servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zigma" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Zigma app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zigma might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Zigma. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zigma then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zigma not working

2. Fix Zigma Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zigma be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zigma not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zigma may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
