Why should I report an Issue with Imaganize - Photo Organizer?

1. Lots of adsI was excited to see an app that had a tagging system but it turns out this is useless since the filters don't work for sorting the images.

2. Very frustrating .1) Unless I missed it, no way to move photos from one folder to another within the app (I suppose you could use the share feature to send it to a file manager app, but that's more complicated than should be necessary) 2) Ads.

3. It shows a number for the images associated with the tag but it comes up blank with no images in it once you click on a tagSeems useless.

4. It actually explains in clear English WHAT IT DOES! Extraordinary ! Unfortunately I ran into a buzzsaw trying to attach a tag to a photo.

5. Worst minute and a half of my life.Deletes stuff??? If I hide an album that has a video in it on the app, the video appears to be deleted when I unhide the album again.

6. I uninstalled it and the albums that were hidden were not restored to my phone.NOT GOOD not as many features as other photo apps.

7. EXPENSIVE at £6 a week for full version , certainly not worth anywhere near that !!! Developers watch competition and LEARN then go better !!!!I love the organization abilities, it's just what I need.

8. The only few things would be a few optimizations like speed or making the auto move setting work without crashing the app after every choice.

9. It's quick and easy and just fine, it's organizing options are great and the customizations are nice.

10. Open any other gallery and the pics are exactly in the same folder as before.

11. If you are looking an app to "move" pictures to individual folders, this is not the app.

1. Fix Imaganize Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Imaganize: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Imaganize App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Imaganize" » Open Imaganize - Photo Organizer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Imaganize » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Imaganize - Photo Organizer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Imaganize servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Imaganize - Photo Organizer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Imaganize app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Imaganize might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Imaganize. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Imaganize then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Imaganize not working

2. Fix Imaganize Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Imaganize be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Imaganize not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Imaganize may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
