Why should I report an Issue with Slidebox - Photo Organizer?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I do wish it also included videos.It's COOL it's HOT but never WARM! Plain, simple, does the job! It lists and shows ALL your photos; Next, give photo a folder name, press folder for current photo and it sends your photo to that folder.

2. I don't know how someone would have less than 5 albums they'd want to separate their folders into, but that's what it does.UI is perfect and exactly what I want, but I can't build off my existing folders on my phone and the folders created in the app stay in the app.

3. Or subfolders?Great concept, but if you have more than 5 folders, you can't put any new photos into any of the folders older than the last 5 you created.

4. I'm running out of space on my internal memory!Very very useful app here! I don't know why gallery apps don't include these features but since they don't this couples so well! The only thing I hope you add eventually is a button in the top right corner to open the gallery from the app for faster access, and a way to detect and remove ONLY duplicates.

5. It helped me organize my photos into separate albums, as well as delete accidental screenshots and unneeded photos.

1. Fix Slidebox Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Slidebox: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Slidebox App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Slidebox" » Open Slidebox - Photo Organizer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Slidebox » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Slidebox - Photo Organizer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Slidebox servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Slidebox - Photo Organizer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Slidebox app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Slidebox might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Slidebox. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Slidebox then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Slidebox not working

2. Fix Slidebox Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Slidebox be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Slidebox not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Slidebox may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
