1. It doesn't matter what I do, whether it be having my mobile data turned on, my wifi turned on, restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app but no matter what I try to fix it, it still doesn't work, and that's just the simple fact without fail the app opens but when it starts trying to load, I get the error msg that something went wrong, Penny Finder app keeps closing, & I cant even click Wait Longer, it just closes.Update: after I downloaded the newest version, I am only showing just a few items in the database.

2. I don't mind that I lost the money, I mind that I've been lied to by influencers saying this is the best app.I paid for this for a second time since it was supposed to be updated and it does work to some extent, but it won't let me add penny items.

3. Thanks!!Would give this app 0 stars if I could! Horrible, still doesn't work at all even tho I paid for this app TWICE already,but the new version is worse than the old one, it won't even load at all! I tried updating it also, stil doesn't work.

4. It's not allowing to add new find, ppl are adding NCI home pennies and not stating that it's a Home store only penny item.

5. The only reason I tried this app again is because in some stores I can't get their WiFi to work and therefore can't use the Dg app.I purchased this app, had to uninstall because I needed space.

1. Fix Penny Finder Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Penny Finder: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Penny Finder App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Penny Finder" » Open Penny Finder » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Penny Finder » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Penny Finder app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Penny Finder servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Penny Finder" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Penny Finder app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Penny Finder might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Penny Finder. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Penny Finder then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Penny Finder not working

2. Fix Penny Finder Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Penny Finder be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Penny Finder not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Penny Finder may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
