1. I looked around on the app but now that DG has the new DG go app this is a waste of time and money.This app sucks there's no scanner you have to type it in manually and when you do nothing even pops upTHERE IS NO REASON U NEED MY PASSWORDS OR CC INFO TO USE THE BARCODE SCANNER .

2. was a waste of money.I can get the same app information for free so I wasted my money downloading this app but I'm not going to uninstall it I'm going to give it at least a week to see if it's updated like it's supposed to bedefinitely not what I was expecting.

3. I don't feel that the price I paid was worth the purchase.no were to update app cant get scanner to connect to it have never been able to use in the stores.

4. no scanner don't waste your moneyDownloaded for the penny list but it has yet to be updated, the site however is already updated.

5. Not worth what I paid for it.The app was not to my liking, the items listed were true but the app was not working with the scanner app.

6. I do not like that in my search area at the top does not say Dollar General Penny Saver and without that the scanner will not work.

1. Fix Penny Puss Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Penny Puss: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Penny Puss App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Penny Puss" » Open Penny Puss » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Penny Puss » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Penny Puss app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Penny Puss servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Penny Puss" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Penny Puss app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Penny Puss might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Penny Puss. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Penny Puss then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Penny Puss not working

2. Fix Penny Puss Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Penny Puss be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Penny Puss not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Penny Puss may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
