1. Can you imagine if Amazon charged to search for items? Me either.I am a loyal customer and once again they have selected programmers that don't use the site or understand marketing.
2. Don't you think the easier it is to find things the more we would buy and the more money you would make? I've complained for years about the lame search on the web site.

4. However, they want you to pay a monthly fee just to search in the app! Asking users to pay for such a basic feature is ridiculous, especially when navigating through the site/app is difficult enough as-is.Interface is terribly slow.
5. after my free trial, I'm cancelling until they fix it.Now Fast Track wants to take away the functionality of the app I already PAID for so they can give me this new "free" app BUT charge me $2.99 per month just for the option to search? Bad business model.
6. The warehouses and the site support also clearly don't keep in proper contact with each other so trying to get support for things staff tell you is chaotic.
7. No one wants to pay $2.99 per month to search for items when we already pay you 17% bidder premium plus the new $1 fee.
8. Even before they redesigned the site a few years back, it's almost as if they just added a new UI and left so many other issues untouched.

11. I could not find several items at my warehouse and they refuse to give me a refund on my credit card.
I would like my account and any information in it deleted under the CCPA law. The reason I want it deleted is because I won a bladeless ceiling fan in an auction and when I opened the box it was the not ceiling fan posted in the picture on the site, it was a totally different fan, and it was missing screws. I was deceived into bidding on a fan that didn't actually exist and now I'm stuck with one that I don't like.
