Why should I report an Issue with Neo Drone - virtual theremin?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Guitar Tabs X to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. At least give enough time to get good at it so you know what you're missing out onYou're only allowed 30 seconds of it not working before you have to pay $4.50 for it to not work some more.Unstable, couldn't use.I like it but it doesn't sound like a really nice soundSilence.

2. Can't do it with screen offCouldn't figure out how to do anything then it said u are only allowed to use it for 30 seconds before u have to buy it........Lol 30 seconds is just long enough to not know what you're doing then it asks you for money.

3. 30 second trial is infuriating.The app works for 30 seconds and then asks for payment of 3 euros to continue.

4. Warning....it also asks for camera and storage access....Translation from camera to audio is too grainy to do anything useful.

5. Lets you try it a whole 30 seconds before asking for money!!!! Yes you read it right.....30 seconds,,, not even a minute.

6. Also aside from permissions for camera use and image storage the app does not work at all :)Really? Thought this would be awesome.

1. Fix Neo Drone Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Neo Drone: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Neo Drone App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Neo Drone" » Open Neo Drone - virtual theremin » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Neo Drone » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Neo Drone - virtual theremin app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Neo Drone servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Neo Drone - virtual theremin" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Neo Drone app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Neo Drone might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Neo Drone. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Neo Drone then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Neo Drone not working

2. Fix Neo Drone Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Neo Drone be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Neo Drone not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Neo Drone may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
