Why should I report an Issue with Japanese Language Proficiency Test - JLPT Test?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. How can you use an app to practice getting correct answers if it tells you that the correct answer to the question is wrong? Please have someone who knows what they're doing recheck the answers.Doesn't have much to do with the real JLPT.

2. It has questions I found on JLPT exams and also in many JPLT practice books.

3. Also I found many buggy questions (5 underscores but only one answer) and wrong answers.

4. I feel like half of my review practice is picking the "right" answer while reminding myself what the correct answer is.

5. There are lots of mistakes in questions AND in answers.

6. There are way better JLPT apps out thereI love the format, but there are just so many mistakes.

7. It's just a bunch of kanji-readings, orthography and grammar questions in arbitrary order.

1. Fix Japanese Language Proficiency Test Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Japanese Language Proficiency Test: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Japanese Language Proficiency Test App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Japanese Language Proficiency Test" » Open Japanese Language Proficiency Test - JLPT Test » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Japanese Language Proficiency Test » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Japanese Language Proficiency Test - JLPT Test app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Japanese Language Proficiency Test servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Japanese Language Proficiency Test - JLPT Test" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Japanese Language Proficiency Test app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Japanese Language Proficiency Test might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Japanese Language Proficiency Test. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Japanese Language Proficiency Test then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Japanese Language Proficiency Test not working

2. Fix Japanese Language Proficiency Test Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Japanese Language Proficiency Test be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Japanese Language Proficiency Test not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Japanese Language Proficiency Test may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
