1. What good is a shopping app if you can't shop? Disappointed to say the least.The update made a Problem! I love this app, it is making narrowing down my wedding dress so easy and its perfect for my bridesmaids! All I had to do was puck a color and my girls can choose the style that fits them.

2. Order tryons! Order custom sizes!Used to love this app... my bridesmaids all used it for their dresses, and it was wonderful! But after it updated a few months ago I can't access anything other than the main page.

3. It is also really hard to find the place to change your country and I don't like that it reverts back to the American site even after I've selected Canada and made an order to Canada.My only issue is that sometimes the app crashes and freezes when trying to scroll through many dresses.

4. I've ordered many dresses and I'm happy with them.Helpful for organizing a group of bridesmaids and love the showroom feature to have the group see what styles you like or are getting.

5. Edit** Thank you for responding and resolving the issue so quickly, but more so, thank you for delivering the dresses across the pacific in what...2 weeks?! Im so amazed and grateful!The app is pretty slow sometimes and the swipe function doesn't work very well when taking a quick look at the dresses.

6. Also, after I add the dress to try on, it brings me to a blank screen (longest I waited was 3 mins) then I click back, the cart in the top right corner counts the new item, aka the count went up, but it still wont show me any check out screen when I click on it.

7. I've added dresses to try on to it but when I try to click on the shopping cart icon, it brings me to a blank screen.

8. Details: Sometimes the scrolling switches direction, and when loading more results, I have to scroll past the same dresses twice before it will load the next batch.

9. Sometimes you scroll past the same group of ten dresses and the side bar nav keeps extending down and adding those same ten dresses instead of loading a new group.

10. Though quite a few dresses came in a try on version, you couldnt get them in alot of the colors and barely any sizes were available beyond a size 6.

11. Every time I click on a dress, the page doesn't load.

1. Fix Azazie Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Azazie: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Azazie App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Azazie" » Open Azazie: Bridesmaid&Formal Wear » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Azazie » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Azazie: Bridesmaid&Formal Wear app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Azazie servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Azazie: Bridesmaid&Formal Wear" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Azazie app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Azazie might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Azazie. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Azazie then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Azazie not working

2. Fix Azazie Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Azazie be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Azazie not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Azazie may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
