1. ... and before you say you don't know that would happen, it's your job to know.I took subscription from iPhone and It was automatically renewed for this month and i was charged but they disconnected me and I was not able to get the support as the support option is only for the active subscribers.!!!!! I found it horrible SUPPORT team who usually delayed a lot to give feedback when I contacted before for other issues.
2. Who can I contact so I can get part of my money back? Forgot to say; the service works fine for me, I will raise it to 5 stars after we sort this issue.Even after I disabled Auto Start and cleared all data, it started itself up.
3. It keeps asking me to sign up for a free trial, when my credit card is being charged every month.
4. lastly, there is no support button or way to send a bug report other than "send diagnostic data" which i just turned on to see if it will help.The app does not work.
5. Highly recommend the suite of Avira products.I keep being told to update the app and l have tried to do so many times, but it doesn't work.

10. I have gone to the avira site to try and contact someone and the only thing listed there is a mailing address in Santa Clara.
11. I can't use any VoIP apps ("no network" error) even when the VPN is turned off (it works fine if I uninstall Phantom VPN).
