GoDial Customer Insights

1. The only thing I didn't like when testing, is that if you use an app like Google Voice to make calls through this dialer - The dialer only inputs the number for you, it doesn't automatically start calling it.

2. My request is " that the caller may edit the call status on setting and increase the colour pallete.

3. Love the face emoji on the sliding bar for prospect rating btw.. made me chuckle.The reason I am giving this app a two star is cause every time I got to text the customer the app crashes.

4. now I can't seem to load them at all and I called the support number, the 917 number and naturally the number is no good.Perfect app for work from home/Sales/recruitment/outbound calls.

5. Igave 4 stars as few thing like the call status which the app has the default one.

6. Would love to give 5 stars, but there are few bugs i.e Slow response from application, Overall app performance is superb.. also wanted you to know if we get to change more settings like editing statuses.

7. I was on the phone talking to somebody and the conversation wasn't over and then the next call started ringing.

8. During autodials tapping the Secondary number for someone may cut the countdown to nothing for every next call.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix GoDial Issues

1. Fix GoDial Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart GoDial: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the GoDial App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GoDial" » Open GoDial Mobile Crm Autodialer » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GoDial » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear GoDial Mobile Crm Autodialer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GoDial servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GoDial Mobile Crm Autodialer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check GoDial app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GoDial might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall GoDial. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GoDial then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GoDial not working


2. Fix GoDial Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GoDial be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GoDial not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GoDial may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
