1. EDIT: You sell your products internationally yet you only speak French? Not to mention the contact option which is a French phone number?? Better steer clear from Avidsen (products are Chinese reskins too).This software sucks.

2. First time that there has been a problem!I'm looking for SafeSmart app to run the avidsen 100770 alarm it's not available in Google playthank for the quick response update is now very perfect .

3. Better make sure your camera never loses connection because if it does you're in it for a loooooong time reconnecting.

4. No options available for their cameras outside of the very unprofessionally translated app so you can FORGET ABOUT ANY KIND OF NAS STORAGE OPTIONS.

5. Keep on getting error when adding second Gateway that the password is wrong and by the way this is how one spell "Retry".

6. Why can't there just be an option for fingerprint authentication?Thank you so much for getting our cameras back online!! I really do love the app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix avi-cam IP Issues

1. Fix avi-cam IP Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart avi-cam IP: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the avi-cam IP App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "avi-cam IP" » Open avi-cam IP » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for avi-cam IP » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear avi-cam IP app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from avi-cam IP servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "avi-cam IP" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check avi-cam IP app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, avi-cam IP might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall avi-cam IP. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall avi-cam IP then reinstall.
