Why should I report an Issue with Navigation Bar - Assistive Tou?

1. Works fine if your touch buttons broke, but has a few issues: vibration setting does not work, as well as a few other settings, the buttons work when the bar is hidden, so I accidently exit apps in the middle of usage, and lastly, the bar blocks the keys on the bottom of the keyboard, even when hidden.

2. Activation options are disappointing.I paid to upgrade and get rid of ads but they still pop up every time I go into the apps settings AND very annoying popups that go over my home screen etc! If I spent money to remove the ads I expect them gone, or I should be given a refund!The original nav bar is still displayed, so I either have 2 overlapping nav bars, or another nav bar above the original bar.

3. I wanted a navigation bar app, not a battery charge app.This could haven been good candidate for me, a bit resource heavy but works as expected on EMUI and also hides nicely when using keyboard and typing in small boxes like here.

4. It keeps appearing and disappearing once you have your phone at start upThis app is really great, but could you please add some features like when you want to hide the navigation bar, you can swipe up or down (for show or hide) without swiping at the bottom of the phones.

5. The default bar still dominates on the hour screen, and anywhere else it either blocks the scroll bar, or is sooo out of the way that i might as well as be using the regular nav buttons.

6. And is too bad I can't link long press with greenify hibernate action.Does the base job, but it also makes basic navigation not involving the bar more of a hassle.

8. I don't support apps that motivate the purchase of an ad-free version by frustrating its users with too frequent ads.

9. I tried to disable it through the app menu, but sneakily it turned back on again at the moment that I plugged my phone to charge.

10. Also your able to put it on not only top and bottom but left or right screen, I love that.

11. Maybe it just doesn't play well with my device, but to me personally, it's useless.This app is nothing but trash, it doesn't work well once you have your data on it suddenly disappears.

1. Fix Navigation Bar Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Navigation Bar: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Navigation Bar App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Navigation Bar" » Open Navigation Bar - Assistive Tou » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Navigation Bar » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Navigation Bar - Assistive Tou app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Navigation Bar servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Navigation Bar - Assistive Tou" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Navigation Bar app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Navigation Bar might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Navigation Bar. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Navigation Bar then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Navigation Bar not working

2. Fix Navigation Bar Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Navigation Bar be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Navigation Bar not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Navigation Bar may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
