1. If Austrian Airlines is part of Star Alliance Group, why I need two different Miles and More numbers?!Too many bugs! For example, after a few minutes, even if the app is running (showing my boarding pass), app exits my profile and I have to enter my entire email address and my (too long and complicated, because it does not allow for a short and simple password) password again.

This is just a mess.Honestly I am very disappointed with your service, your website does not work and the money is written off, your service can not return it quickly, your support app constantly hangs up and breaks communication, your company ruined my weekend, I will next time take this into account when choosing a carrier.For my future journey.... dissapointed to download this app and create Travel ID for this airline company also.

3. The terminals given for your flights are wrong, gate number do not update all the times and instead of boarding group 3 as my ticket was meant to be (as shown in lufthansa app) austrian app said I am group 5.

4. Services that used to require a call to their worthless customer service department, can now be done easily on the app.The Austrian airlines, does not recognize reservation code, there is no option to chat with human just ai.

5. The app is working worst then my expectation, stuck, page lost and more then that can't cancel or change with my actual Miles & More number from Lufthansa Star Alliance.

6. Also, really annoying, it does not remember my passport data, although I always check the "save my passport" AND I got it manually saved in my profile!!Very far from good.

7. It even drops handy push notifications for check in open, boarding pass updates etc.

8. Flight search function is rather erratic, almost impossible to buy a return flight, will have at least one error during the flight selection process.

9. Can't find and/or display the downloaded boarding passes.

10. Literally a flawless experience for me.Austrian has drastically improved the features and relability of its app.

1. Restart Austrian Airlines: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
