1. I cleared the cache, deleted some apps and a few other things as it advised me to do if it doesn't download but unfortunately that did not work 😐.It worked great on my Samsung note9 but I upgraded to the Samsung S22 ultra and now it won't load at all.

2. This was a great feature that was added to the old app that me and my family used quite often and now it's gone VERY disappointing and one of the main reasons for my rating.You still need more to do: you don't have the options of zelle transfer, electronic check deposit through mobile phone.

3. Also, it doesn't show the history of paiement of the loan for people who have auto loan.It does not show your balance after each withdrawal and deposit so you have no idea... unless you want to go back to keeping track yourself like when we had to balance our checkbooks! Smh... ridiculous.

4. Has been buggy, unreliable and has lacked features in the past, but has improved a lot over the past couple years! It's perfectly usable nowadays, and they've added many useful features recently that I really like! Gets 3/5 stars only because I have to force close the app in the settings every time I open it.

5. I've tried restarting my phone, deleting and redownloading the app, and even tried to simply use another device but it does not work no matter what I do.

6. Very sketchy.Lots of issues with starting the app once in no issues really but seems kind of generic compared to some other banking apps I've seen.

7. Update: app has been upgraded more options nicer to work with still would like to see some additionsAbsolutely HATE this app.

8. I hate it.SO much better! Love the option to see balances as soon as I'm logged in my account and balance transfers are even quicker the way the app is set up.

1. Fix AurGroup CU Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AurGroup CU: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AurGroup CU App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AurGroup CU" » Open AurGroup CU » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AurGroup CU » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AurGroup CU app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AurGroup CU servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AurGroup CU" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AurGroup CU app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AurGroup CU might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AurGroup CU. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AurGroup CU then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AurGroup CU not working

2. Fix AurGroup CU Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AurGroup CU be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AurGroup CU not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AurGroup CU may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
