1. Thank you.This app is horrible! Never wants to log me in, and if I finally do get it and try to pay my bill it doesn't pull up the page to pay! Even the alarm sucks, always says there is an issue or it's offline!! I never meas with it other than putting the alarm off/on.
2. Did the same thing with the old version where I would get locked out of the account because I couldn't log in even though it saved my user name and password (sometimes it works, sometimes it didn't, but after attempting to login in a couple of times my account freezes).
3. I have repeatedly spent ridiculous amounts of time sitting in my driveway trying to get the app to load so that I can unlock my doors (because my keypad buttons stopped working!!!).
4. I can't even access my camera half the time, because of some random "video stream error" and it seems like you have to click things in a specific sequence otherwise, the app starts to bug out.
5. InconvenientAfter the app got updated recently, the saved password to use biometric to sign in doesn't work anymore.
6. Whether it loses my password or locks up on me almost every time, I can't seem to get one day of error free usage out of it.
7. Luckily my husband decided to view the camera to check on the house, which was the only reason we knew the alarm was going off.
8. It takes an unreal amount of time from hitting the button on my phone to when whatever task I selected actually occurs.
9. I have to type my password each time I want to login.
10. I try to login and the app goes to a wait screen and doesn't load anything.
11. One would think they would have worked these bugs out by this time.What a buggy excuse for home security.
