1. You only get a dashboard and nothing else, no practice exams or questions...though I do see one app for 50 bucks, again AST is all about the money and nothing else.You think by now a smart organization like this could find someone to developed a good, helpful all.

2. USELESS APP, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME or space on your phone!!!! I Logged in and all that is available is a dashboard.

3. Tryed clicking on the icons and nothing! Does not give you instructions for assistance, no CST study guide, as is mentioned in their magazine, NOTHING, NADA, ZILCH.

4. Keeps shutting down as soon as I hit log in.This app is not worth the space it uses on your device nor the time it takes to download it.

5. WHERE do ALL THE MEMBERSHIP DUES GO! AT LEAST HIRE A MEDIA TECHNICIAN FOR GOD SAKES.About as useful as the organization itself.

6. I passed, but no thanks to this app.Constantly dropped.. loaded and re-downloaded...never worksWon't even log in.

1. Fix AST Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AST: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AST App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AST" » Open AST » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AST » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AST app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AST servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AST" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AST app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AST might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AST. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AST then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AST not working

2. Fix AST Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AST be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AST not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AST may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
