1. This app is made for everyone, and can be particularely useful for interior designers, architects, and DIY enthusiasts. 3D Measurement App / Plumb-bob is an augmented reality (AR) app which displays a virtual frame on top of the camera image.
2. Thanks to 3D Measurement App / Plumb-bob, you can verify vertical and horizontal alignments, measure distances and measure angles.
3. Do not hesitate to send an email with your feedback, questions or requests for new features. 3D Measurement App / Plumb-bob is free but contains ads.
4. 3D Measurement App / Plumb-bob is a laser level, a tape measure and a protractor, bundled together in the same app.
5. The recipient of the 3D scene will be able to manipulate it on his own device, and measure any other part of the picture.
6. Another option is to send the 3D scene to another device running 3D Measurement App / Plumb-bob.
7. Happy measure with 3D Measurement App / Plumb-bob!
8. When you take a picture, you can move the frame around, to measure any object which is visible on the screen.
9. Then, you can later reopen it and measure other parts of the 3D scene.
10. The frame dimensions are displayed in real time. - checking proportions by increasing the number of frame columns or rows.
11. This can be handy if you want to share your measurements inside an email, of if you want to insert your measurements in a document.
1. Do not waste your time downloadingCamera capture only horizontal, difficult to balance and capture image....needs improvement!it doesn't provide the opportunity not to select personalized ads, it says you will choose this otherwise ypu can't use the app.Rubbish, not easy to use, not automatic, buttons in wrong placesGreat app! I switched to android nd was habitual of IOS default measuring app, i find this app really helpful it does better than that of Apple it self.Unusable. Really difficult to use, clunky and inaccurateI tried measuring a standard sized doorway.
2. When keeping the phone upright, rotating it clockwise or counterclockwise results in the red "vertical" line (drawn over the image) tilting with respect to known vertical objects in the image.
3. The red line tilts 5 to 10 degrees off of vertical when rotating the phone 30 degrees.
4. (It is cool though, I just didn't want to spend the time to memorize the interface for no more than I'd use this)Completely impossible to use.
5. I did the quick tutorial, but that didn't explain the obviously inccurate results I'm getting.
6. Maybe some sort of calibration would help, but if so, that's not at all covered in the overly-simplistic tutorial.Love this app.
7. My only issue or recommendation is to have an option to change the exposure of the camera because I use it outside and have issues with the sun in some cases.
8. Overall great app.Unnecessarily complex app for a simple function.
9. I've been using it for work and is great.
10. App is wonky and buttons disappear.
11. I will be purchasing the add free version.
