On the so called help section, there's no way to ask a question, and the options are uselessI really enjoy Rakuten Insights, they have a wide variety of surveys in we high gives Mr more options , depending on what kind of time I have that day to work on building up my points in order to get it applied to my account.

2. I have to return to the inquiry form to follow up on this issue, but no one is replying now.Update! AVOID THIS APP! I SENT AN INQUIRY ASKING ABOUT THE ISSUE I WAS HAVING WITH GETTING NO SURVEYS AND ALMOST IMMEDIATELY RECEIVED AN EMAIL SUSPENDING MY ACCOUNT AND CLAIMING I BROKE AT LEAST ONE OF THEIR RULES, BUT THEY WON'T TELL ME WHICH, FLAGGED MY ACCOUNT AS FRAUDULENT AND BANNED ME.

I had high hopes for this app, but sadly I was ultimately disappointed because it turned out to be like all the other "survey apps": annoying, redundant questions that consistently lead to disqualifications, let-downs, and genuine frustration.I signed up and it was a good app until I realized that you need an outrageous amount of points to get the rewards, and that wouldn't be an issue except the fact that they lie about how many points you're getting per survey.

4. So that I can purchase things I need or just want to spoil myself with!!! Thanks Rakuten Insight!!!!It's a okay but when your eight weeks are up you still don't receive the points that was promised to you and it takes to long to get your cash reward.

5. Is it worth continuing? Time vs reward doesn't seem to be there.They terminated my account claiming suspicious activity and violating a policy, but couldn't tell me what it was.

6. And just the week before, I was offered snd completed eight surveys, and was given no indication of any problems.Once again, there's no way I know to contact support.

7. I completed 4 surveys that claimed to all be 50 points when in fact they each either gave me one point or none at all.

8. I don't understand how I can engage in suspicious activities when all I did was answering surveys that appeared in my account.

10. Granted they don't offer unlimited surveys for you to do but the ones I am given I end up finishing them without being rejected.

1. Fix Rakuten Insight Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Rakuten Insight: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Rakuten Insight App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rakuten Insight" » Open Rakuten Insight: Earn Cash » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rakuten Insight » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Rakuten Insight: Earn Cash app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rakuten Insight servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rakuten Insight: Earn Cash" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Rakuten Insight app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rakuten Insight might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Rakuten Insight. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rakuten Insight then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rakuten Insight not working

2. Fix Rakuten Insight Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Rakuten Insight be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Rakuten Insight not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Rakuten Insight may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
