1. It generates a map at the end, so the robot has a way of knowing what's been covered, so why not show it while cleaning as well? Doing that will make the remote monitoring feature much more useful.This is my 2nd neato.

2. They'd always repeat the same things over and over about how important cleaning is, how to reset the device, "just try mapping one more time", etc.The concepts are awesome, but the execution is poor If your floorplan mapping is interrupted or changes, you have to start over.

3. The D4 runs great for weeks, then can't connect to wifi, multi hard resets, reconnecting, recreating the floor plan all to no avail.

4. The bot is great and cleans well, but why did I pay the extra for 'connected' if it can't actually connect? Looking for a replacement is on the to-do list.Very good app, but couple of issues/suggestions.

5. The robot cleaning doesn't overlap the map & it often gets lost in one of the rooms.

6. The app kept saying the device had to remap the whole floor, which takes several hours.

7. No go lines without a magnetic strip, single room cleaning, multiple floor plans.

8. App says device is on a different network, while in fact, both the phone and the robot are connected to the same.

10. The Android app is trash, hasn't been updated since 2019 and it's just not feasible to constantly reach out to customer support.

11. Would gladly pay $100 or more as long as I didn't have obsolete machines.I've had so many problems with this app and the top of the line Neato vacuum over the years.

1. Fix Neato Robotics Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Neato Robotics: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Neato Robotics App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Neato Robotics" » Open Neato Robotics » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Neato Robotics » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Neato Robotics app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Neato Robotics servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Neato Robotics" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Neato Robotics app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Neato Robotics might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Neato Robotics. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Neato Robotics then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Neato Robotics not working

2. Fix Neato Robotics Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Neato Robotics be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Neato Robotics not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Neato Robotics may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
