1. overall not impressed.Love the app content soo many options s for diet, lots of seminars and positive encouragement have stuck with it for a couple of months as its so enjoyable to use, on the running side of things app can be a bit slow and sometimes crashes meaning you can't see what your eating that day, or randomly cancels your information or where up to in your diet plan, ive noticed they do regular upgrades thoughnot only have I never been able to log into the app even after deleting and re installing many times.

2. great concept though and wish it was a but more functional, also more time to move to different machines inbetween sets would be great.The reason i love this app is it is 100% supportive, the videos, tasks to motivate, really great recipes, made for you and what ever lifestyle you are in.

3. After giving video recorded evidence of the app breaking down and an additional 20 emails of frustrated correspondence they still refused to admit there was any sort of problem, refused to give a refund, and what is most upsetting still WOULD NOT CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP.
