1. I really would like to use it and all it's features.I have a sony alpha 7, the product makes you jump through so many loop holes and on top of that most of the time the software is (even up-to-date firmware) is some of the most catastrophic failure.

2. Dashed our hopes and dreams of impressing the world with our photography skills.I've had my Arsenal for 1 day and I've been able to just test it for a short sample of time.

3. During the short time I've had to practice with it, it performed well! I did have a problem saving my stacked pictures; emailed support; and got a very quick response! The problem seemed to have fixed itself.

4. Still somewhat glitch..This thing is basically only good for landscape, time lapse photography, and being a remote for your camera App has no way to save photos direct to phone.

1. Fix Arsenal Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Arsenal: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Arsenal App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Arsenal" » Open Arsenal - The Intelligent Came » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Arsenal » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Arsenal - The Intelligent Came app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Arsenal servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Arsenal - The Intelligent Came" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Arsenal app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Arsenal might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Arsenal. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Arsenal then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Arsenal not working

2. Fix Arsenal Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Arsenal be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Arsenal not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Arsenal may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
