So you need to work on this app or you lose many customers or users.my favorite app, we've come a long way together, it has been there for me every time I needed it through all the years, fast and reliable application, only what you have to do is to make many accounts, and change the IP address to 170-8 which are the fastest servers, if you're to enjoy this app❤️Hello, l have a problem with Droid VPN , l subscribed to a premium account and l was notified that it has been successfully upgraded to premium servers BUT it has refused to connect on my device and also on other devices , before it was a very good application for free net but it is changing to worse and my days are now counting down without using the app.

2. *Update #2* still randomly disconnecting for no reasonThe new Windows PC upgrade, v3.1.8 (a forced upgrade really, because the old one WON'T work without upgrade!) DOES NOT WORK! It gets stuck at "authenticating" ! Uninstalling and reinstalling it does not help...uninstalling and reinstalling the TAP Drivers does not help either!! it just doesnt work! AM A PAID/ PREMIUM USER! So its not a matter of "server full" ! Why wont you leave us the choice to use any version? Why did you force us to upgrade to a broken version yet the old one was perfect?This app has helped me a lot but connecting it is a harder on 3G phones and after the account has reached download limit, it may take three days without reloading.

3. Even the premium version does the sameGood lord this app doesn't connect for nothin lol no matter how many times I disconnect, reconnect or even change the server, it always disconnects and says sum stupid thing like "Downstream detected" or somethin when my connection is perfectly fine.

ThanksAt my first subscription, the app was very good but it's just the second subscription but it is sucking🙄🤯🤯🥵 to the extreme, am really fed up of it, it can't connect and when it connects, it disconnects immediately!!! So annoying because I paid and now the VPN can't connect for even a minute, And it's too very slow!!!The app takes ages to connect, and when it finally connects, it automatically disconnects in just a few seconds.

1. Fix DroidVPN Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DroidVPN: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DroidVPN App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DroidVPN" » Open DroidVPN - Easy Android VPN » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DroidVPN » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DroidVPN - Easy Android VPN app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DroidVPN servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DroidVPN - Easy Android VPN" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DroidVPN app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DroidVPN might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DroidVPN. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DroidVPN then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DroidVPN not working

2. Fix DroidVPN Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DroidVPN be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DroidVPN not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DroidVPN may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
