1. After identification, users should be able to add information to the database that's missing.It's findings aren't always 100% accurate but it's pretty good! And, if it's wrong, you usually find the correct species in it's list of look-alikes! Been using the app for quite some time now.

2. At this point, I'm not particularly happy with this app... Update: after wasting entirely too much time on this, trying to make it work, I'm just thoroughly disgusted, and I'm uninstalling this useless POS!Suggesting a species for someone, the text is to small.

1. Fix Mushroom Identify Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mushroom Identify: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mushroom Identify App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mushroom Identify" » Open Mushroom Identify - Automatic » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mushroom Identify » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mushroom Identify - Automatic app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mushroom Identify servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mushroom Identify - Automatic " » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mushroom Identify app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mushroom Identify might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mushroom Identify. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mushroom Identify then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mushroom Identify not working

2. Fix Mushroom Identify Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mushroom Identify be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mushroom Identify not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mushroom Identify may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
