Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Carebridge EAP Issues
1. Fix Carebridge EAP Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Carebridge EAP: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Carebridge EAP App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Carebridge EAP" » Open Carebridge EAP » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Carebridge EAP » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Carebridge EAP app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Carebridge EAP servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Carebridge EAP" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Carebridge EAP app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Carebridge EAP might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Carebridge EAP. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Carebridge EAP then reinstall.
