1. Also 1st ride is free they claim but it's all fake it's not availableThis was my second worst experience, first they book your seat and they modify it time time The bus never comes on time My first bus was 2.5 hrs.

3. I tend to proceed after entering my details and then I realise the fact that I opted for paying extra to get my 100 percent refund that too just no cancellation fee.

4. If I could rate that bus 0 stars I would rate it but there is no option , the same goes for the app.After using the app for more than 5 years, I am uninstalling it and I am vexed with this app.. I don't want to pay extra for free cancellation..and that was selected by default.

I don't recommend this app.One of the bus was rated highly(4.2 stars) on abhibus, while it was rated poorly on redbus(2.3 stars) and guess what the bus stinked, the sleeper seat was dirty, the space was not enough to even sleep properly and finally the blue light which they switch on after sleeping was hitting the eye directly.

6. When the time shows 00:00 then creates confusion on date and also does not allow cancellation or postpone of tickets even after just 5 minutes.

7. When I contacted customer service, they said I have to book another ticket in the same travels and I will get a refund.

8. The customer care executive said there will be no amount refunded for cancellation but in the app there was 90 % refund available.

9. No direct link for cancellation, no help, worst customer service.

10. No cancellation of wrong ticket allowed even within 15 minutes.

11. When I skip my booking, then they will send a separate code for extra discount through WhatsApp.
