3. They failed to pay for my stay, so I had to pay out of my pocket, and support case on refunding me keeps going for more than a month now and it ended up by support saying that I have to contact the hotel myself and that they can't help me.
4. Horrible! Booked a hotel reservation and then saw that the price I paid through TravelPerk was significantly more than booking with hotel itself.
5. Hotel didn't want to accept the digital credit card that TravelPerk told me to use.
6. I requested a cancellation with TravelPerk and they cancelled my reservation, but haven't refunded my credit card.
