1. Useless app and a waste of time.I like the idea of allowing medical professionals to talk to patients remotely with audio and vision, and freeing each hospitals from making their own system! That said, this app was at unusable state unfortunately the time I used on my Android (2020/10).

2. First time disconnected, and almost missed it because of a lack of notification... The 2-4 times needed to stop and reset the appointment queue, hadn't shown me I had dropped appt.

3. I don't know if the person in the appointment still saw my msgs, but that doesn't matter here, as I re-typed my message b/c I couldn't tell if the history was gone on their end.The app is convenient and safe for all parties to connect at home.

4. Other than that, being able to connect with our doctor was great.I tried opening the app and immediately it said to update the app.

5. This app uses useless to me.I am well aware of all the tech problems people seem to have with this app but I created an account added my kids, then their pediatrician, followed by the pediatrician's code and had my live appt without a single glitch.

6. 2) When signed in to an appointment room, a chat automatically starts (That's a great feature IMO).

7. Now can have her appointment 1st thing in morning and still get her to school without missing that much vs having to miss hours of school going in person.

8. Then I switched view on the same app to make sure I didn't misunderstand the time the appointment started.

9. It used to work; I dunno what they did, but whatever it was broke the app completelyVery convenient and easy to use! Makes my daughter's 3 month follow ups 10x easier than having to drive 35 minutes one way, wait, be seen and then drive back.

10. Can't even OPEN THE APP AT ALL; the app goes into a cycle of flashy crashing and reloading and continuously tells me that there's an update available(there's no update actually available), all in the span of a second.

1. Fix Anytime Pediatrics Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Anytime Pediatrics: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Anytime Pediatrics App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Anytime Pediatrics" » Open Anytime Pediatrics » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Anytime Pediatrics » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Anytime Pediatrics app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Anytime Pediatrics servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Anytime Pediatrics" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Anytime Pediatrics app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Anytime Pediatrics might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Anytime Pediatrics. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Anytime Pediatrics then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Anytime Pediatrics not working

2. Fix Anytime Pediatrics Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Anytime Pediatrics be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Anytime Pediatrics not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Anytime Pediatrics may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
