1. I have emailed the customer service that I found from the application... if this is not resolved, then i will take legal actions...I have a subscription of this app,buy unable to any episode of any webseries, I want to contact to help support of this platform, can't reach I want to refund payment ,solve my problem as soon as you canApp is lagging too much when we get any call or you switch to other and come back app is getting crashes frequently.. video also in getting played seemlessly it just stucks in every 5-10sec.. uttar wait of money And most fraustating of all is that I have tried to connect with customer sevrvice several time but no response from them at all.

2. One time subscription app only.I tried paying for the subscription using my CC and everytime I try to input the numbers, it just deletes the first 2 numbers or one number doe to which, I cannot make the payment.

3. But i am facing a problem, when i play any video and if due to internet issue it stucks in between then it didn't start from last viewed time.

4. Now, I wonder if paying for this app is worth or not as it has so many issues in the launch itself, how is it going to survive in this competitive digital world against Amazon prime, hotstar and Netflix.

1. Fix Prime Flix Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Prime Flix: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Prime Flix App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Prime Flix" » Open Prime Flix » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Prime Flix » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Prime Flix app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Prime Flix servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Prime Flix" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Prime Flix app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Prime Flix might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Prime Flix. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Prime Flix then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Prime Flix not working

2. Fix Prime Flix Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Prime Flix be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Prime Flix not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Prime Flix may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
