1. It crashes more often than it works... on both my phone and tablet! It should be so much better (or at least stable) given that it has a dedicated funding stream.When I scan the QR barcode on my photo key card it says barcode added to account.
2. it shows that I have 11 pictures but only grey squares.I understand you've been having issues with your servers, but the app hasn't been working properly since long before the server issues.
3. Current issues: 1) Can't login to service 2) Downloaded photos are just a gray box 3) Photos don't appear when you click on them; you must back out and click again, sometimes several times, before an image will appearI wish the developer would read all the reviews and fix this app.
4. Tried web interface as well, can't find photos with barcode, does not save barcodes, no way to do anything but log in/log out and search for barcode which apparently does not exist.
5. This product really SUCKS!!! I went for family fun to theme park and I can't even view the pictures even with a watermark.
6. Also I went to the online site and typed in the number code.... nothing shows as far as any pictures.
7. Says email doesn't exist (I've used this app and email in 4 different phones over 8 yr span btw) but says email in use when I try to create again.
8. PhotoKey... fix your products to include your mobile app... is like to see my pictures.Same login issues as others.
9. Need to add function to show your QR code from phone, instead of having to carry the card around every time.
10. Program has lot of issues when loading larger view of the pictures.
11. I already saved the images from the website but I'm new to the area and only minutes away from the park so I got an annual pass and was hoping the app would make it easier down the line.
