Why should I report an Issue with CM Player?

I liked it very much because it does not show any advertisement and lots of good feature like speed playing option, light weight , consuming very little RAM, fast opening time etc .Trying it after reading the reviews and peculiarly because it's Indian, but how come Decify 'Inc.'? Your company listed in US? Couldn't say much right now but will write thoroughly once I explore more features.

2. But i cannot add or download subtitles within the app also i cannot view the subtitles when playing videos and most of all i cannot delete any videos.Please fix this and i will definitely give 5 starsThe app itself is good, but it's lacking a feature I want.

3. Just specific ones.It is simple and good at playing videos, but the problem is the quality of videos when I slowed or make the video fast into 2.0. Pls fix this and this would gain high rate.Missing basics like external subtitles.

4. outstanding player! If you add a feature to play the video while screen off ( only listening audio ) it will be better for me.

5. Allow player to run in background/PIP mode, helps whilst mirroring & parallel operations with other applications.Its an awesome app.

1. Fix CM Player Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CM Player: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CM Player App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CM Player" » Open CM Player » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CM Player » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CM Player app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CM Player servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CM Player" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CM Player app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CM Player might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CM Player. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CM Player then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CM Player not working

2. Fix CM Player Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CM Player be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CM Player not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CM Player may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
