1. I'm not exactly great with memory, so... also, I'm deaf, so I don't know what's the trainer is saying, except just follow his instructions he shows with body.I've installed so many fitness apps and ended up uninstalling them all..the one I use still is fio...have been using it for almost past 2 months now and extremely satisfied with it What I like about this is these are REAL people who do the workout and Joanna doesn't just subject us to some animations doing the workouts.

2. I would delete free version altogether instead of providing people with such a bad experience.I jus started premium option today, to explore some options and plan to do some workout starting soon along with meal plan.

3. THERE IS EVEN FREE MEAL PLANS TOO!!! the premium is a very affordable price with packages for monthly three months or a year option! I'll be buying the 72$ yearREQUIRE AN UPDATE Hey team your app is great and i was waiting for these since long time.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Fio Issues

1. Fix Fio Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Fio: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Fio App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fio" » Open Fio: Joanna Soh Fitness » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fio » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Fio: Joanna Soh Fitness app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fio servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fio: Joanna Soh Fitness" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Fio app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fio might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Fio. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fio then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fio not working


2. Fix Fio Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fio be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fio not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fio may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
