1. I'm posting this in good faith and the hope the problem is on my end!Dislike the app trash can't even create a account without paying very expensive price it will not let me connect with out paying unstall it looked for a free version thanks for wasting my time.

2. Edit, switching from wire guard to open VPN is a workaround for now.It's expensive, still not suitable for Netflix (only original content available)I've used this app for a long time now, but every time I renew my subscription, it automatically logs me out.

1. Fix IVPN Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart IVPN: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the IVPN App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IVPN" » Open IVPN » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IVPN » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear IVPN app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IVPN servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IVPN" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check IVPN app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IVPN might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall IVPN. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IVPN then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing IVPN not working

2. Fix IVPN Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make IVPN be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to IVPN not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, IVPN may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
