Why should I report an Issue with Globe - Earth 3D & World-Map?

At first it seems like a perfect app but when you try to zoom it doesn't 😠😡🤬 I don't really care anyways if I could rate 0 stars I would trust me you have to pay for a map pffft 😒 I have better things to use money for Please don't downloadWorst and hopeless app don't pay for it just use Google Earth it is better than this I am subscribed it for a week and paid 90rs and it atomatically deduct money from my card weekly basis so be carefullI haven't seen a much more annoying app than this everytime I try to view a particular place it asks me to pay.

Srry but I srsly do no recommend this to anyone who has a short temper like me becz it got on my nerves every time it showed me that.My Moto phone does not work for this app so I think it needs a lot of work thank you.I would just like to give 1 stars because I when i just downloaded it asked for payment and i have never use any payment apps first of all it should consider that this app needs payment so I would give it 1 stars.

3. I don't ever use apps where I must set up a payment plan that offers free limited period trials followed by automatic subscription (because I'll forget or get confused by what constitutes the full free three days).

4. So if your expecting to find a 3d earth map expecting to use it the way you should don't waste your time on this app.3 day trial - no thanks.

1. Fix Globe Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Globe: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Globe App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Globe" » Open Globe - Earth 3D & World-Map » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Globe » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Globe - Earth 3D & World-Map app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Globe servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Globe - Earth 3D & World-Map" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Globe app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Globe might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Globe. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Globe then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Globe not working

2. Fix Globe Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Globe be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Globe not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Globe may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
