1. It's annoying and embarrassing trying to get the app the work half the time it just doesn't load, or card not loading issues.. I AVOID flo stations whenever possible due to their horrible app.Really bad.
2. Really needed a charge this morning, wish you could use the website to start a station since the app seems to have frequent issues.Does not work until I put atleast $10 in my wallet.
3. I had to call customer service where lady was clueless and asking me to plu and unplug charger but still didn't work.You guys need to get it together! You can't afford to be unreliable.
