1. It's annoying and embarrassing trying to get the app the work half the time it just doesn't load, or card not loading issues.. I AVOID flo stations whenever possible due to their horrible app.Really bad.

2. Really needed a charge this morning, wish you could use the website to start a station since the app seems to have frequent issues.Does not work until I put atleast $10 in my wallet.

3. I had to call customer service where lady was clueless and asking me to plu and unplug charger but still didn't work.You guys need to get it together! You can't afford to be unreliable.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix FLO EV Charging Issues

1. Fix FLO EV Charging Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart FLO EV Charging: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the FLO EV Charging App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FLO EV Charging" » Open FLO EV Charging » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FLO EV Charging » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear FLO EV Charging app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FLO EV Charging servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FLO EV Charging" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check FLO EV Charging app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FLO EV Charging might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall FLO EV Charging. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FLO EV Charging then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FLO EV Charging not working


2. Fix FLO EV Charging Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FLO EV Charging be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FLO EV Charging not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FLO EV Charging may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
