1. this app fails to remember where you last left off when the app crashes or when playing (for a limited time before crashing) video in the background Also I can't see questions that others have been asked by others that have seen a particular lecture like on the web version.

2. The video player has so many quirks, I'm posting a review in case it can help anyone deal with it: (1) Download a course before playing it.

3. Same video player bugs have existed for years.App has great potential and allows access to content on the go.

4. Sometimes it seems there are issues retrieving certain videos and it does not seem to sync what I have completed fully (quizzes are still marked as not taken when I access the site via browser for example).

5. Without doing this, the video player may lose its connection somehow and will start the video over, losing your spot.

6. I kept an eye on it once, and indeed - when I was done, put the phone down and plugged it in (for example.. I can't figure out what exactly triggers "play") it will just start playing after you've clicked pause.

7. This app will be great once those issues are cleared up.Skips lectures frequently on autoplay and sometime I don't notice until the end of section when the exam tips start talking about something I don't recognize.

8. I want to screencast my OnePlus phone to Android TV and watch the video there, but the screencast icon at the top right side of the video stays disabled mostly.

  4. Check A Cloud Guru app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, A Cloud Guru might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall A Cloud Guru. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall A Cloud Guru then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing A Cloud Guru not working
