It was saying that give us three stars and it was saying that give us star then we will post this massage that's why I have give it one star but I don't want to give any star and what it is showing in pictures it is nothing their DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS WORST APPVery very interesting app I like this app.

2. See I gave 5 stars because these education app help learning at home also for example ; in lockdown schools are also closed this app will help children in future.

3. It's an app for children's education but no child can download it on their own.Every child needs help from their computer teachers to download it.

4. this app had shown me the way of a better learning and easy education .the maths theory which was hard for me had made simpleAs student i thought this could help me a lot.

5. The ui of the app is also very bad.I had a good experience and I had learn many more because of this app not only i had made progress in maths but also in computer subject from this i had also made my maths easy.

6. Contacting support center does not help as they just end by advising contacting school.

7. I gave 1 star because if i am in misdle of an assignment and the internet goes away it automatically submits i cant do the test and i get less markks.

8. They have sold the book through deal with school, that's where their responsibility ends! Worst way to learn a software.

9. And schools are also making guardians prey for this.Not at all a user-friendly app and does not work as expected.

10. I also downloaded in lockdown very nice app keep it up !.But the problem is that is that it is so slow please make faster checked my network but it is full.

1. Fix Nguru Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Nguru: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Nguru App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Nguru" » Open Nguru » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Nguru » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Nguru app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Nguru servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Nguru" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Nguru app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Nguru might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Nguru. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Nguru then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Nguru not working

2. Fix Nguru Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Nguru be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Nguru not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Nguru may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
