QA Customer Insights

1. The video player could be improved a bit more like by removing the functionality to auto play video while in picture-in-picture after unlocking phone.This app is buggy and its user interface is very poorly designed.

2. Its silly that offline content wont play unless you are online 😀 The web site is rather better than this silly app experience.This app is amazing.

3. When on weak/no connection, the application continues to prioritize fetching from the internet, instead of the supposedly downloaded video on my phone.

4. Other features like quizzes and test are great.The course content and exams are great, but offline need further improvement.

5. Yet there's more!Downloads functionality is broken for months now, getting 'Source Error' when I try to play them 9/10 times.Good stuff.

6. And I don't understand why it will not allow me to switch off my display and just listen to a lecture? Moreover, downloading and deleting downloaded items is a problem and hassle to do.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix QA Issues

1. Fix QA Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart QA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the QA App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "QA" » Open QA - Learn. To Change. » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for QA » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear QA - Learn. To Change. app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from QA servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "QA - Learn. To Change." » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check QA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, QA might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall QA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall QA then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing QA not working


2. Fix QA Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make QA be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to QA not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, QA may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
