1. Not so great in regards to give the user freedom of choice!Any app that wants access all time location access even when you are not using is automatically worth 1 star.

2. Directed to download Access Perks app, but app won't accept login info from WorkMoney Perks- says info is invalid email/password.

3. Try to enter a new account info to Access Perks, but it says there's an error and won't allow new acct to be created.

4. I do not see why they even give you options when they insist on you giving the app permission for use all the time! Bad! I will tell my company I am not using this app.😠You can't even open the app right now.

1. Fix Access Perks Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Access Perks: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Access Perks App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Access Perks" » Open Access Perks® » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Access Perks » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Access Perks® app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Access Perks servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Access Perks®" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Access Perks app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Access Perks might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Access Perks. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Access Perks then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Access Perks not working

2. Fix Access Perks Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Access Perks be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Access Perks not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Access Perks may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
