Michael Kors Access Customer Insights

1. However, music controls and sleep tracker is excellent.Doesn't track gps properly,can't choose activity you're doing on watch so defaults to "running" no matter the activity.Trying to edit activity name in the app changes all of the times,distances for some reason.If synched with google fit,changes distance in fit on watch and phone(from 4km to 0.26km for ex.)and throws off all the time and min/km stats,even though steps and map are accurate.Took all sharing with google permission away so it won't change Fit stats.

2. Needs more work to compete with Samsung products.this is my 2nd update 3rd setup so we shall see if everything works as it shouldThe update removed the option of pairing the activity tracker to the app.

3. Allow Wear OS use please!Awful appgood app takes time to configure the connectivity should be quickUnable to use the sleep and activity tracker, is constantly showing on my notification bar as nothing here, won't allow me to sync when you expand.

4. Wellness doesn't properly integrate Google fit, so only counts steps if you actually have your watch on and you can't see your Google fit data on your watch.

5. After a while it isn't as noticeable as you get used to it.Update: it gets better! It started tracking again, but any workout over an hour crashes & restarts the watch.

6. Half the time it doesn't sync properly between watch and phone.

7. MK still sells these trackers but customer service has not been able to help in pairing the activity tracker.

8. You would need to download "messages", "messages" that has 3 lines in the middle and the little pointy part is pointing up to the left.Step count used to be very accurate, but now highly over counts steps (by over 10,000).

9. Can't because my watch says literally nothing on the back but Michael Kors, no numbers or anything like they ask you for, and no other support options outside of that.

10. Switching to Samsung for sureI can't do anything with this app & my watch isn't even a year old & the back came off at 6 months of having it.

11. So likely it was the phone app not the watch.
