Why should I report an Issue with Perkd - Loyalty Cards?

1. Im going to delete this app and membership.Seriously, I have to force close the app in order to exit it.. It's ridiculous since that's the very basic, especially for an app that has so many downloads...This is a multi-purpose app-- truly a digital WALLET! I can screenshot any card or receipt and wallah! It's in my WALLET! Retrieveable anytime without carrying a physical wallet.

Please make the virtual card size ratio same as the plastic card just like stocard app (virtual card size has the same size with the plastic card) and put another card template such as id card, driving license, booking pass, etc for next forward (that's why I asking for the same size ratio as the plastic card).Not really user friendly.

3. My review stands this app is not the best and I hope Body Shop finds a different way to get their cards out, something with less shortcomings.I experience the same difficulty in downloading the apps and wrote an email to them.

4. I've not recieved my new Body Shop membership card and its very irritating and inconvenient.

5. J&T is also investigating the incidentwas a bodyshop nember but they stopped issuing the card and ask member switch to this app, however i feel not secure because it asks too much persmissions.

6. I am impressed with their speed in following up and resolving my issues.Seems that there's a lot of issues with the Body Shop card.

7. Lacklustre in terms of app functionality, especially in this age of technology.1st time to order at perkd epitex store 11.11 deals and my items delivered but parcel is open already and there is 3 missing items.

8. When I was using this apps to create an account for epitex membership, this apps prompted error message despite my multiple tries.

1. Fix Perkd Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Perkd: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Perkd App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Perkd" » Open Perkd - Loyalty Cards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Perkd » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Perkd - Loyalty Cards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Perkd servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Perkd - Loyalty Cards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Perkd app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Perkd might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Perkd. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Perkd then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Perkd not working

2. Fix Perkd Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Perkd be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Perkd not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Perkd may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
