Why should I report an Issue with SmartThings 3D?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of ThingsTwin Studio to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Icon's must include indoor/outdoor cameras.There must be possible to have some simple security procedure to ensure we do not inadvertently toutch an icon that we don't want...i.e. a socket that control other device.Walls must have a higher control or at least some lower dim.Won't let you do a lot without wanting you to sign in and sync your phone to the app...? Wouldn't recommend... Would function pretty well if they weren't so sketchy about you setting up an account and "connecting your device".App had a lot of misses when I downloaded and paid for it.

If they would add ip CCTV links then this would do everything I wantedI love this app i would just like it if there were more furniture options and an option to see top and bottom at the same time in order to place the stairs on the right spot and to be sure your second level is inline with the first!Good work or at least a good start! Need a lot of improvements on basic furniture like shelves, windows and some kind of "multifunction 3 D cube" to shape as we need and put over our devices.

3. LOVE IT!Really cool, a bit of time spent upfront to set up your floor plan pays big dividends in an awesome digital twin of your house, integrated to SmartThings.

5. Definitely worth the download and pretty cool idea!Hi developer, trust me if I hire an undegrad, they'll create better application than this.

6. Turns out it wasn't worth the money at the time for me The developers were very nice and refunded my money.

7. with thus app, you can see which device is On in which room at a glance and able to toggle on or off without having to select a room to see the status of a device.

8. Needs work like adding more icons and furniture, but this could improve Smartthings.

9. Love it! SADLY it seems the vendor is out of business though, domain gone and unresponsive.

10. the only thing I can't figure out yet is how to create an account so that i don't have to create a new map on all mine other phones/tablets.

1. Fix SmartThings 3D Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SmartThings 3D: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SmartThings 3D App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SmartThings 3D" » Open SmartThings 3D » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SmartThings 3D » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SmartThings 3D app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SmartThings 3D servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SmartThings 3D" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SmartThings 3D app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SmartThings 3D might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SmartThings 3D. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SmartThings 3D then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SmartThings 3D not working

2. Fix SmartThings 3D Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SmartThings 3D be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SmartThings 3D not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SmartThings 3D may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
