Why should I report an Issue with Forane® Refrigerants Tool Belt?

I have the most updated version and frequently when I go to calculate my subcooling any units I put in my calculated valve comes up as N/A.it doesn't work numbers you already typed disappear when you change to other blank space to put the next numeric valueLove the app, would be cool of you could add specific gravityUnusable due to adds.

2. I've downloaded the most updated version and I've also tried deleting it and redownloading it but even that didn't fix the problem.

3. Let me know if anyone else is having this issue so I know its not just me.The app is crashing when any of the three middle tabs are selected on the refrigerant screens.

1. Fix Forane Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Forane: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Forane App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Forane" » Open Forane® Refrigerants Tool Belt » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Forane » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Forane® Refrigerants Tool Belt app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Forane servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Forane® Refrigerants Tool Belt" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Forane app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Forane might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Forane. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Forane then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Forane not working

2. Fix Forane Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Forane be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Forane not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Forane may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
