1. Easy to use and helps with quick field survey calculations.Great app! Pity it doesn't work for the newer versions of android.Good job... esp on levelling, area calculation and curve setting.What is the point when is wont work with the new android.

2. Does not seem to work properly on a Galaxy A520 with android 8.0. When entering leveling backsight and foresight readings, for example, 1.651 the app changes the entry to 1.1.651 with an extra decimal point which it later cannot recognize as a real numerical value for any calculations.

3. Also there doesn't seem to be a place to enter a BM starting elevation such as 272.458m so that the FS locations may be shown with a measured elevation as the leveling run continues to closure.

4. Hope we got new update compatible with new androidThis app doesn't support my phone.Apps are for older Android version.

5. Thanks but I will uninstall.Seems like a great start, but the way the app exits when you enter a sub-function and then press the back button is really annoying.

1. Fix Cogo Survey Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Cogo Survey Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cogo Survey Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cogo Survey Pro" » Open Cogo Survey Pro » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cogo Survey Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cogo Survey Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cogo Survey Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cogo Survey Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cogo Survey Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cogo Survey Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Cogo Survey Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cogo Survey Pro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cogo Survey Pro not working

2. Fix Cogo Survey Pro Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cogo Survey Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Cogo Survey Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Cogo Survey Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
