1. Customer support was also very friendly and responsive in helping me sort out my offline sync issues.i can see my drafts, and my my rejections and surveys i have sent to my handlers but to see surveys that are final i have to go by all the surveys i have sent in order to see them.

2. The best part is , you don't have to do anything for demographic data if you are doing social science research which saves your time.Does not work well.

3. As a new user, the Surveyor app's GUI was very simple and straightforward in helping me construct and customize different data surveys.

4. another thing sometimes you cant save a data, you can enter data but fail to save it only way to get back on trck is when you reinstall the app i dont know why but its stressing.It made my research survey easier.

5. i suggest you add a facility that can enable an enumerator to view his/her final surveys as we can view our drafts and rejections.

1. Fix mWater Surveyor Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart mWater Surveyor: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the mWater Surveyor App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "mWater Surveyor" » Open mWater Surveyor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for mWater Surveyor » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear mWater Surveyor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from mWater Surveyor servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "mWater Surveyor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check mWater Surveyor app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, mWater Surveyor might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall mWater Surveyor. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall mWater Surveyor then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing mWater Surveyor not working

2. Fix mWater Surveyor Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make mWater Surveyor be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to mWater Surveyor not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, mWater Surveyor may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
