• I have the k2 and I didn’t use it for over a year and now it’s not charging. Every time I put it to charge the light turns red and it beeps 6 times. So I’m all for changing the batter I just need to know how. I really like my robot vaccum.

• Hello,
  My OKP Life Vacuum has been making a very loud noise while it is running. The suction is a little less. I purchased the OKP Life K2 Robot Vacuum Cleaner 1800 mAh, Blue on July 20, 2021 on Amazon Order# 114-0519925-8430651. I've reset and cleaned the unit and it is still making a the shrill noise, so I have not been able to use it because it is so loud and is not doing a great job cleaning. Thank you for your help. • how do i do a factory reset on my K8 robot vacuum cleaner? I can find no help researching via Google

  it is stuck in a mode where it will do a 900 degree turn, move back and forth on the spot and after 3 mins shut down. I have tried all the tips in the maintenance, cleaning sensors, brushes, filter etc but nothing works. I have powered it off for 10 mins. I have held down the three buttons until i heard first one beep then followed by 2 beeps. It will not hoover in a straight line fashion for hardwood floors. It will not hoover in any direction or way. Please help.

• Dear assistant,
  my Robot vacuum cleaner K2 series seems to be damaged. It went by mistake on a surface with standing water and picked up some water. I put it off and I dismounted it trying to dry it by a hairdryer. When I put it on, I observed:
  1) flashing red with 2 beeps for 3 times while being expected to clean.
  2) flashing red with 5 beeps for 3 times after a few seconds charging.
  3) 2 minutes functioning in an anormal way (opposite direction, odd sounds and difficult turning).
  I point out that the robot seems to be completely dried. What should I do now? Maybe should I look for a customer service near my city (Pescara, Italy), for repairing the cleaner?

• The K2 is fully charged. When I push start it backs up off the charger and then stops. I shut it off, turn it on, put it back on the charger and it dies the same thing. I have cleaned everything. Please advise.

• My OKP K2 robot has been doing this annoying beep. The beep is not listed in the manual for troubleshooting it beeps once a few seconds later it beeps twice. It will do this every I don’t know 15 minutes or so. I have checked everything on it and cannot seem to find the problem. It’s still cleans in the middle of the night, but because of the annoying beep I have turned it off.

  The first one I purchased works great! I love/ loved it SO much that I purchased a second one.
  Though, the second one... the battery will only stay on for 2 min and 14 sec on a full charge.
  I purchased this on 12/28/22 and Amazon can not help me. How can I get a replacement battery?

  This unit has over the past couple of weeks lost power quickly and is barely running after a full charge time.
