Really do not see how sequencing brings out the cutting edge over your competitors in fact it just make NinjaVan less favourable for the drivers.will be better if RPU is added to tags so will be easier for us to see which place has an item for us to collect.The performance function did not tally with current progressWhat to improve 1.

2. Plz update the system as soon as possiblewhat's with tha reset password? the app was working properly but then you added some reset password which was unnecessary better fix asap.Incompatible to scanner, makes my picl up delay and hard to use when you refresh it.

1. Fix Ninja Driver Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ninja Driver: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ninja Driver App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ninja Driver" » Open Ninja Driver » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ninja Driver » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ninja Driver app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ninja Driver servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ninja Driver" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ninja Driver app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ninja Driver might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ninja Driver. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ninja Driver then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ninja Driver not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ninja Driver be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ninja Driver not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ninja Driver may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
