1. With the SmartCare parent app, you can sign your child into and out of your child care center with your smartphone.
2. Mobile technology means a quicker and more efficient sign-in and sign-out experience for you.
3. Do you wish you could make payments on the go and not have to worry about carrying your purse, wallet, or checkbook? Well, now you can!
4. We all know that nothing brightens your day more than a photo or video of your child having fun.
5. Now you can get those photos and videos as they happen, and even share them to your Facebook or Twitter feeds.
6. Parents, we know you are busy and want to save as much time as possible.
7. No more hassling with fingerprint readers or pen and paper.
8. Pay your tuition with a credit card or have payments automatically debited from your checking account…all through this mobile app.
1. (unless these are features that our center just doesn't subscribe, then please correct me if they are available).I have the latest version installed 3.4.0, but there are no push notifications or even in-app notifications of chat messages.
2. I had frozen updates when notifications were actually working, but allowed them again to get the recent major update; they do not work now.
3. I feel there is capacity to make this great for parents by including portals for more information: a place to post the lunch/snack schedule so I don't have to take a picture of it to refer to everyday, or a parking place for our contracts with the center so we can check back if we have questions, notices of Christmas programs/photo days, etc... A fine app for the use, I just feel like it can be so much more.
4. The timeline doesn't update, the billing doesn't update and I get no notifications.
5. Push notifications are not appearing on my phone, even though all the settings should allow this.
6. I would recommend and rate this much higher if notifications were reliable. The system itself seems to have a lot of issues especially with Login.
7. It seems like all my notifications are duplicate of when my child us checked in/out to a class.
8. I have to actually open the app to see the notifications, which means I sometimes miss very important time-sensitive messages from my child's preschool.
9. More troubling is that every single update breaks notifications.
10. You have to manually go to the chat section which is mostly useless. The notifications don't group as any other app I have.
11. When I first got the app, I didn't even know push notifications were possible because there were none.
