Why should I report an Issue with Glasses for my face?

1. Installed and uninstalled within a few minutes.It doesnt work u pick your photo and goes back to start of app ? Please fix are remove app misleading.One word: Awful Keeps crashin after loading photo from gallery, camera button wont work...seems fake ...useful only to load addsNot good.

2. This app needs minus -5* its absolutely a waste of space in the app store, it dont do anything other than crash, very very poor, this needs to be took downAWFUL!! What even is this it crashes alot it's a waste of storage so bad don't get it.

1. Fix Glasses Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Glasses: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Glasses App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Glasses" » Open Glasses for my face » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Glasses » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Glasses for my face app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Glasses servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Glasses for my face" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Glasses app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Glasses might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Glasses. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Glasses then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Glasses not working

2. Fix Glasses Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Glasses be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Glasses not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Glasses may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
