1. Good... But not great appDue to my limited vision I installed this app to be able to view my smartphone camera from my tablet so I can see the composition better it works great I recommend it!! UPDATE: It works well during the day, but not at night, or lower ambient light levels, when the camera screen washes out .

2. Maybe the app should photograph the whole page and then magnify it for reading...allowing movement of the phone to access different parts of the image rather than requiring tapping on a screen comtrol.I think this App is a Godsend for those of us with developing eye problems.

3. Doesn't save files/images as far as I can tell...It's a great idea, but I believe the camera mode on my motorola phone is clearer and does not make the annoying noise this app makes all the while it is in use.

4. On my LG Stylo-3 phone I have a 13mp camera that does a pretty fair job of taking pictures, but is has very limited controls and ability compared to my ZMAX phone.

5. It's not a problem on my ZTE ZMAX phone because those three taps are permanently fixed at the bottom of my screen and totally separate from anything that is displayed on my phone screen.

6. Why not let someone keep the amount of enlarging magnifying and the auto focus saved so everytime you launch it it's the same? If I have to launch app, tap auto focus, tap several times the magnifying... Everytime...I'd rather pull out reading glasses.

7. This makes the app totally dependant on being able to bring up Return (triangle), Stop (circle), and Menu (square) taps on the bottom of the screen of most phones.

8. I couldn't get my volume control to work the zoom level on this phone either.

9. So this app works just fine as it is on the ZTE ZMAX phone.Too easy.

10. Because of the limited focus and inability to do macros, you have to hold your cellphone at least 5 inches from what you are reading.

1. Fix Reading Glasses Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Reading Glasses: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Reading Glasses App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Reading Glasses" » Open Reading Glasses - Magnifier - » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Reading Glasses » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Reading Glasses - Magnifier - app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Reading Glasses servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Reading Glasses - Magnifier - " » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Reading Glasses app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Reading Glasses might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Reading Glasses. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Reading Glasses then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Reading Glasses not working

2. Fix Reading Glasses Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Reading Glasses be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Reading Glasses not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Reading Glasses may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
